Description

Alaska Legal Services Corporation provides free legal services to eligible customers determined by income eligibility and case eligibility.

Alcans over 60 years of age are usually assisted regardless of income, although priority is given to assisting elderly people in social or economic need.

There are a number of factors that are considered when deciding on the right to income.

In general, you will be eligible if your income does not exceed 125% of the federal poverty income guidelines.

Depending on your situation, you can benefit from services even if your income is higher than the guidelines.
