Description

The Court provides free legal aid to eligible consumers representing themselves in civil cases.

Although they won't represent you, they can help you with your own case.

They do not provide legal advice, but can help with filling in forms and translating "legalese" in the following areas:

• Family law
• Evictions
• Dissolution of Marriage
• Small claims actions
• Collection of debts
• Paragraph Actions
• Child support, Custody, Visitation
• Guardianship
• Prevention of domestic violence

Other civil matters

Free legal aid is provided on the third Thursday of every month at the court in Macrenville.
