Community Legal Services is a non-profit Arizona law firm that strives to ensure fairness in the justice system, regardless of how much money you have, but provides direct services to people with incomes below 125% of the federal poverty line.

They were incorporated in 1952 as a legal aid program organized to promote "equal access to justice for all.
Community Legal Services (CLS) is dedicated to providing Legal aid, advice or representation

Self-help material and legal education so that people can know their rights.

They focus on assisting survivors of:

• Domestic violence
• Supporting victims of consumer fraud and abuse
• Protecting tenants from unlawful/unfair practices by landlords
• Foreclosures
• Legal problems related to farm workers
• Wage claims and other employment issues
• Federal and state programs that affect people's health
• Economic stability.

They do not deal with fines for:

• Traffic violations
• Criminal cases
• Child support
• Bodily harm
• Other cases in which a lawyer may receive a fee.
