The Connecticut Legal Rights Project (CLRP) is a non-profit organization that provides legal services to low-income people with mental disorders, who reside in hospitals or in the community, on issues related to their treatment, recovery and civil rights.

Due to a lack of resources and staff, CLRP lawyers and paralegals will provide representation only in cases that have substantial legal merit.
