Disability Rights New York (DRNY) is the Protection & Advocacy System and Client Assistance Program (P&A/CAP) for persons with disabilities in New York.



Like P&A / CAP in New York, DRNY upholds the civil and legal rights of disabled New Yorkers.


DRNY engages in systemic and individual litigation on behalf of people with disabilities.


Their litigation aims to protect individuals from abuse and neglect and to maximise the independence of individuals with disabilities.
