Description

Senior Legal Services provides free legal services to San Diego residents over 60 years old.

The basic benefit for their elderly population consists of 30-minute counseling and consultation with a lawyer who is admitted to The State Of California.

Senior Legal Services employs four attorneys covering the metro, South Bay, East and North counties, respectively.

Legal lawyers see more than 4,000 new clients each year.

Senior legal services lawyers are able to advise on a wide range of legal issues, including the abuse of financial elders, owner/tenant issues, contract disputes, consumer issues, and benefit issues.

They can also prepare some documents, such as:

• Simple wills
• Advanced Health Guidelines
• Power of Attorneys.
  

If your problem falls into a category we don't handle, They try to refer you to a lawyer who can help you.

They usually recommend only through the San Diego Bar Association's referral service.

If you wish to have reliable work done, they will refer you to one of the trusted lawyers with whom they work.

Senior Legal Services attorneys generally see clients at Senior Centers located throughout the region.
