Description

The hendricks county pro bono program provides free legal services for eligible low-income hendricks county residents provided by the hendricks county bar association.

Applications may be submitted on-line only at www.hendrickscountybar.orgThe Pro Bono Program serves low income residents in Hendricks County.  

Applicants whose income is below 125% of federal poverty guidelines are referred to attorneys who volunteer their services for specified matters.

Although there will be no charge for attorney fees, you are responsible for filing fees and expenses.  

Attorneys help on a volunteer basis, so assistance is not guaranteed. If you meet the necessary financial and case criteria, you will be contacted and referred to a pro bono attorney, subject to availability.
