Description

They provide free civil legal help to low-income residents of the city of Dallas.

Eligibility:

• Household income must be at 125% or below of the Federal Poverty Guidelines to be financially eligible.
• If is greater than 125% but less than 200%, you may be eligible depending upon other economic factors.
• Must live within the service area or have a legal problem in their service area.
• Must be either United States citizens or legal aliens.
• Must avoid conflicts of interest.
