The Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota (ILCM) is a non-profit agency that provides legal immigration assistance to low-income immigrants and refugees in Minnesota.

They are also committed to educating Minnesota communities and professionals on immigration issues and advocating state and federal policies that respect the universal rights of immigrants.


They bring all their legal passion, dedicated attention and the highest quality service to their immigrant and low-income refugee clients and their families.

The ILCM is a non-profit law firm serving immigrant and refugee families living in Minnesota whose family income is below 187.5 percent of the federal poverty guidelines, and who are seeking assistance with immigration issues.

Hours of Operation:

  • Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Monday to Friday
  • Between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM on Monday to Wednesday (intake hours)
  • Between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM on Thursday (intake hours)

Call their customer line at 1-800-223-1368 during admission hours to schedule an appointment to speak with a legal staff member. They do not accept walk-in or drop-in appointments.
