Description

ArchCity Defenders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the best legal advice to the homeless and indigent facing prosecution.

They also ensure civil representation and coordination of social services.

Their clients - the homeless and the otherwise forgotten poor - do not qualify for the services of other organisations, are under-served by public defence systems and cannot afford private counselling.

Their staff can assist clients in areas such as landlord-tenant disputes, consumer protection cases, child custody in divorce and access claims, assistance to seniors in legal matters such as guardianship and due process applications.
