Disability Rights Nebraska manages a combined program of legal advocacy, relationship-based advocacy, systems advocacy, public policy analysis, education and other disability support activities.
This program is designed to help guarantee their rights, enhance their dignity and promote their full participation as citizens with respect for their individual cultures.
Among P&A programs nationwide, Disability Rights Nebraska is one of the few with such extensive advocacy, as many other programs focus primarily on litigation.
