Description

Pro Bono Partnership provides business and transactional legal services to nonprofit organizations in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut that serve the disadvantaged or enhance the quality of life in their communities.

To be eligible for free transaction legal services, an organization must be: a non-profit organization, or one that seeks 501(c)(3) status, serving the disadvantaged or improving quality of life through important social, civic, artistic, educational or environmental programs or services, unable to pay for legal services without significant program resources, and located in New York (excluding New York), New Jersey, Connecticut, and other areas, on a case-by-case basis.
