Description

The Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project offers assistance to low-income individuals who are incarcerated or institutionalized and whose constitutional rights have been violated while in an institution.

To qualify for their services, you must be in prison (state and federal), prison, state hospital (because of mental illness) or state centre (because of mental retardation).

All inquires and requests must be sent via mail.
