North Penn Legal Services is a non-profit organization that provides civil legal aid to low-income residents of northeastern Pennsylvania.
They provide legal aid so that people are aware of their rights and can freely represent their interests in non-criminal matters such as evictions, discrimination, family law and consumer protection issues.
2017 Eligibility Requirements.
Number of Persons in family unit Gross annual income:
For families/households of more than 8 people, add $4,180 for each additional person.
The NPLS may take into account some expenses (e.g., employment-related expenses, paid child support, and unusually high medical expenses) for households that are above these guidelines.
