Legal Aid of Southeast Pennsylvania (LASP) is a non-profit Pennsylvania corporatio company dedicated to providing high quality civil legal services to low-income people, victims of domestic violence and the elderly.

County serve:

•  Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties

They handle cases in the following areas:

• landlord/tenant disputes, public housing, utilities, consumer problems including foreclosures and sheriffs' sales, bankruptcy, denial or termination of government benefits 

Eligibility is determined by monthly income, current assets, the size of family, the type of legal problem and address.
