Description

They aim to address the legal and advocacy needs of homeless people and families in Philadelphia.

The aims of HAP are to provide homeless families and individuals with direct civil legal services, connect homeless clients with the required social services and advocate for the needs of the homeless community of Philadelphia and encourage meaningful policy changes to meet those needs.

Homeless persons who have civil legal problems are encouraged to visit any of their clinics to receive free legal assistance; they may either go directly to a clinic or call HAP for an appointment at 1-800-837-2672 or 215-523-9595.
