Rhode Island Legal Services provides high quality legal assistance and representation to low-income individuals and eligible client groups to improve their economic status and overall well-being by protecting and enforcing legal rights, stabilizing the household and communities in which clients live, promoting self-sufficiency, ending domestic violence, preventing homelessness, providing dignity to all people, and reaching groups with additional burdens on their ability to access the civil justice system.
