Description

Dakota Plains Legal Services Department's mission is to promote equal access to justice and improve the lives of low-income clients through high-quality legal aid.

They provide legal options for representation, advocacy, conflict resolution, and community education to meet the legal needs of our Native American and non-native clients and their community.

They serve the counties of Grant Roberts, Charles Mix, along with the Flandreau Lake Traverse Yankton Reservations.

Hours of operation:

• Between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Monday to Friday
