Description

They aim to promote equal access to justice and improve the lives of their low income clients through quality legal assistance.

They provide legal representation, advocacy, conflict resolution, and community education options to meet the legal needs of their Native American and non-Native clients and their community.

This includes Indian law, family law, health law, housing law, and income maintenance law.

They serve the counties of Dewey, Haakon, Potter, and Ziebach along with the Cheyenne River Reservation.

Hours of operation:

• Between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM on Monday to Friday
• Between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Tuesday to Thursday
