Description

Dakota Plains Legal Services' mission is to promote equal access to justice and improve the lives of its low-income clients through quality legal assistance.

They provide legal representation, advocacy, conflict resolution, and community education options to meet the legal needs of their Native American and non-Native clients and the their community.

This includes Indian law, family law, health law, housing law, and income maintenance law.

They serve the counties of Butte, Custer, Fall River, Harding, Lawrence, Meade, Pennington, and Perkins.
