The Tenant Law Center, formerly known as the Legal Action Center, offers free legal assistance to low-income qualified people in King County who are facing eviction or termination of subsidies.


Tenants will talk to their staff for your case to be evaluated, and if applicable, they will schedule an appointment.


Their lawyers and legal assistants provide free legal assistance ranging from self-help to representation information in court.
